ON Semiconductor OPP Equipment Technician (Front-end) in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam
Perform troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and meet production goals.
Carry out routine and ad hoc repair/maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition in order to meet the organization’s objective and goal.
Internalize positive work culture and implement TPM / CIL methodology to ensure consistent machine operating condition and high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.
Team up with equipment/process engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble-shooting and continuous improvement methodology.
Carry out investigation; implement containment and permanent corrective action to reduce/eliminate maverick lots (through teaming effort with equipment/process engineer and supervisors).
Conform to quality system requirement as spelt out in FMEA, Control plan and TCM. Maintain effective records on equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken.
Diploma or above in related field.
Fresh graduate or minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components/equipment
Able to apply continuous improvement methodology on chronic equipment failure
Possesses sound knowledge on relevant company policies and regulations.
Able to work with manufacturing specialist, supervisor and engineers.
Able to plan, organize, execute plan.
Effective teaming and communication.
Able to understand basic drawing and blueprints.
