Hilton Payroll Administrator in Da Nang City, Vietnam

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator who will assist with the maintenance of accounting records, as related to payroll processes and reports.
What will I be doing?
Assist the Payroll Manager with the maintenance of accounting records and provide related financial reports for the hotels under the umbrella of the centralised accounting system using PeopleSoft Financials
Support the Payroll team in managing communications with FAAST regarding payroll
Assist with the month end process, as it relates to payroll costs, and ensure all work is completed on time with all relevant accounts reconciled
Input month end payroll and overtime accruals
Ensure accuracy with the input of hours to payroll system
Build a strong relationship with the Human Resource Department to ensure the accurate input of salary history
Ensure Team Member pay queries are resolved on a timely basis
Monitor actual hours to contracted hours
Ensure effective controls are in place over payroll expenses
Work with Finance Manager, Payroll Assistant and IT Project Teams to deliver system and process improvements to enhance Payroll function efficiency
Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required
As Payroll Administrator, you will assist with the maintenance of accounting records, as related to payroll processes and reports. The Payroll Administrator will be expected to use PeopleSoft Financials to complete payroll responsibilities.
