Main Purpose:

•To assist in achieving sales revenue and market share targets by assisting sales reps with customer service and support.

•To ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.

Key Accountabilities:

•Provide clinical and technical support to physician on CTA interpretation and implantation strategy.

•Assist field sales staff with case coverage whenever necessary; potentially include case planning reports that may involve in-person discussion with physicians when field sales staff are not available.

•Ensure proper inventory management such as ordering and return to warehouse accurately.

•Training and education customers on our products and procedures. Training may also potentially include field employee training.

•Be the lead simulation expert for simulators by maintaining simulation skills, taking on train-the-trainer responsibilities, helping to run simulation events, troubleshoot defective machines, and serve as the conduit to engineer for issues that need to be escalated.

•Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, reviewing professional publications. Sharing of latest clinical updates with field sales staff will be required on a regular basis.

•Work closely with Sales team to develop site specific sales strategies to assist in selling APV division range of products to established accounts.

•May be asked to assist in achieving sales and training objectives for the territory. This may include Market Development activities for targeted accounts.

•Resolve site customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

•Provide regular feedback to Sales Manager, regarding product performance issues and possible product improvements.

•Assist in the development of new tools and tactics to increase the effectiveness of sales strategies.

•Keep supervisor informed of changes in work schedule and/or workload

•All activities will be related to achieving overall company sales and training objectives for the territory.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

•Nursing qualifications or general science/Biology/Biomed degree, or similar preferred

•Credentialed in ultrasound in vascular or phlebology, i.e.RVT, RVS, RPhS preferred, and/or ARDMS registered with vascular ultrasound experience desired but not necessary.

•No medical conditions shall prevent maintenance of this travel schedule or the ability to conduct training in the hospital operating rooms, surgicenter, and/ or physician office.

•Computer literacy including good knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
