•Manage NT and Imaging accounts
•To promote our range of product to hospital/s to achieve the sales revenue and market share target.
•Grow the business in assigned accounts and achieve the sales objectives set by the company
•Develop and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers, and serve as the principal customer liaison point for all customers in assigned accounts
•Develop and maintain internal customer databases
•Plan and manage account product distribution and consignment models
•Gather market information including surgeons’ preference, account peculiarities, competitors’ product feature, competitors’ sales promotion, and competitors’ marketing activities
•Provide timely feedback to the company through all established feedback and reporting channels (monthly report cards, daily activity reports, call planning cards, etc)
•Attend relevant cases related to the use or trial of our product range and provide customer care support consultation and advice.
•Assist to cover team members for case coverage when necessary or upon request of Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor or team leader/ coordinator.
•Be involved in and provide support for product launches, seminars and workshops.
•Ensure the highest levels of product knowledge are attained and maintained
•Liaise and coordinate with Logistics and Customer Service colleagues on day-to-day sales operations and activities

Skill, Experience and Knowledge:
•Minimum 3 years experience in medical device preferred
•Strong sales acumen

Working Environment/ Conditions
•Ability to work after office hours or weekend is required at times.
•Ability to work in an Operating Theatre environment is required.
