  1. ·Provides continuousengineering leadership to maintain and improve margin performance and quality.

  2. ·Ensures effective useof materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimumcosts.

  3. ·Troubleshootscomplex/critical processes or equipment issues and provides technicalleadership and training to resolve production issues.

  4. ·Be responsible toevaluate, investigate and manage complaints handling thru closure

  5. ·Provide project andtechnical leadership in the area of statistics, process validation, FMEA,project management and other advanced quality tools

  6. ·Manages and implementnew projects.

  7. ·Promotes andimplements process improvements, to improve quality, reduce cycle time, cutcosts and simplify processes

  8. ·Be responsible formonitoring and maintains the company infrastructure.

  9. ·Provide maintenancetraining programs and installation training of new equipment/machines foremployees.

  10. ·Monitoring theimplementation of internal calibration devices of technical staff.

  11. ·Support to perform thetasks related to healthy, safety (EHS) and control environment working incompany.

  12. ·Inspects tools/equipment, project materials and the assigned materials

  • BS in engineering discipline

  • GMP, ISO requirements

  • Process Improvement Methodology

  • Project Management experience.

  • Disposable Medical Devices experience

  • Six Sigma/Lean experience

  • GoodVerbal and Written English communications.

  • Proven ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute a project. Ability to solve complex problems.

  • Analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven leadership and influence skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem solving

  • Five to Eight years experience in a GMP or medical device environment

  • Three to five years with direct managerial experience of engineers.
