Regional Operations Manager, Modern Trade (South)

Manage key accounts to deliver world class customer services & maximize in store productivity. He/she will report to the Modern Trade Manager and will supervise Key Sales Supervisors and Key Account Representatives.


Account Development. Manage implementation of marketing plans; manage distribution & availability.

People Management. Recruit & select staff; train & coach staff; maintain staff discipline; manage business routine.

Asset & Routine Management. Conduct weekly/monthly meeting; review & manage sales performance; manage company’s assets.

Performance Management. Manage current account activities & activation; monitor volume target & volume growth; deliver world class customer services.

Relationship Management. Build good relationship with internal to ensure speed up to market; build good relationship with customer to maximize in store productivity.



  • Bachelor’s degree graduate (Finance, Sales or Marketing discipline);

  • At least 5 years experience in sales and people management;

  • At least 2 years key accounts sales experience in an FMCG industry; Program execution management; familiar with MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint; ability to build relationships; leadership & interpersonal skills;

  • Customer business analysis; Results-oriented & details analytical; data-based & principle-based decision-making skills; value-based management skills; initiative and follow-thru; customers business management; merchandising.
