- Sales Manager main responsibility area is leading the sales of organization both Farms and vetshop;
-Provide project development and management activity for the project derived within PROVIMI VN commercial area, mainly re-positioning of our products and re-developing Provimi brand for Farms & Distributor;
-Provide inputs and execute on customer related initiatives and targeting;
-Functional roles include customer relationships set up and management, establishing, control and coordination of the Sales team and project teams. Namely it requires on-boarding to project teams representation from production, logistics, legal, QA, accounting functions related to client service.
-Ensure continuous sales into major Accounts. Keep an update of the developments in Vietnam market. Update the market data in terms of relationship, major accounts development and investment plans, partnerships, volumes, competition activities. Forecasting of the Sales, Prices, revenues and margin planning activities;
-Establish, control and manage a team of sales executives. Establish regular meetings, reviews, customer and Segment development activities
-Lead the commercial activity for Farm/Distributor Channel of Provimi Vietnam. Ensure continues sales into major Distributor accounts and sizeable farms. Suggest and refine price set up for VN Distributor market. Close cooperation with BUM on the price setting, sales budgeting, branding of products and marketing activities.Evaluate demand, select key customer targets, and gather product information and market intelligence. Commercial assessment development for key projects in the Business.
-Lead the desk of sales executives. Provide timely and continues effort for team development and skills upgrade. Exposure team members to different parts of the business including running the customer development projects. Promote Cargill “Green Book” culture, including leading by example. Manage the PMP (performance management process) discussions and ensure 100% PMP coverage and update.
-High education degree in Business or Animal Husbandry
-3 to 5 years of proven sales or regional sales experience; 5 year of experience within commercial department
-Experience in working in an international and multicultural environment
-Management of people and teams experience
-Exposure to other product line activities; business application support
-A person in this position can transition into a higher commercial role of Country Commercial Director or move horizontally to head other function in the business
