Maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters relating to Marriott International and Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, plus all other internal matters of the General Manager s Office and F&B office. Provide full secretarial assistance preparation of general correspondence, handling telephone calls, organising appointments. Provide secretarial support to other Excom members, as needed. Liaise with Executive Committee, Department Heads and Staff for necessary follow up on queries/deadlines/requests and special functions instigated by the Food & Beverage office. Liaise with Executive Committee and Department Heads to ensure reporting deadlines to Regional office are met. Process the Guest Feedback and Questionnaires, including review of responses prior to General Manager s review and signature.

Prepare responses to guest correspondence for Food & Beverage Director s review and signature, as needed. As requested, co-ordinate Welcome Letters/Notes for all VIPs and Guest History guest, and ensure appropriate welcome amenities in place. As requested, co-ordinate Welcome Letters for Conference VIPs. Handle restaurant reservations. Type Food & Beverage Menus and complete all administration required for the F&B outlets. Compile reports for F&B Outlets as requested. Liaise with Hotel guests and patrons. Represent the F&B Management or Hotel Management, as appropriate. Maintain an efficient filing and trace system. Control the Office and Co-ordinate and support Hotel Secretaries, as needed. Uphold the Company's Cares culture by demonstrating the Star Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates. Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Sheraton and Marriott Policies. Anticipate guest s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates. Align working practices and conduct with Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Tower s Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests. Undertake additional duties as requested by the General Manager and Hotel Management.


  • Must be fluent in English. At least 2-3 year experience in similar position

  • Self-starter, well-organized, extremely detail-oriented, and assertive team player willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and set appropriate trace systems to track projects and work

  • Excellent time management, organizational, coordination, and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Possess excellent computer skills
