Description

Business Development

§ Develop and review relationship plans with RMs for clients assigned.

§ Own and manage product sales pipeline tracking and achieve portfolio revenue and deal wins targets.

§ Call on clients to identify new opportunities and advise clients on best practices.

§ Stay updated on market and competition and provide regular inputs to relationship and product teams.

§ Originate both domestic and cross-border deals and work with relevant partners for cross-border deals.

§ Work with product team in creating marketing collateral & standard client pitch books.

§ Foster sales expertise & facilitate sharing of knowledge and best practices.

Account Management

§ Monitor operating cash and trade flows for clients in the portfolio to identify any client attrition and take prompt action as required.

§ Identify clients at risk due to poor client experience or competitive threats and take prompt action to avoid loss.

Deal Management

§ Write sales proposals and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals).

§ Making client pitches/presentations.

§ Own the deal review process including taking necessary approvals from Product, Risk, Operations & Technology, Compliance, Legal, etc.

§ Work closely with Implementation team to ensure successful implementation of mandated deals and revenue ramp-up.

Qualifications

§ Degree holder in Business or Finance.

§ 3- 5 years of experience in Product Management and Business Finance role.

§ Possesses strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational and management skills.

§ Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of initiatives and projects concurrently in a fast paced environment within tight deadlines.
