Lenovo Commercial Lead Marketing Support in Hanoi, Vietnam

  • Responsible for overall consumer core channel strategy, initiatives, policies & programs for the country

  • Work with the Regional and country Consumer segment teams to achieve country Consumer Business KPIs

  • Own and be responsible for an integrated E2E sales operation BMS, reports, to achieve SI/ST/SO target

  • Own the T1/T2 channel platform for BP recruitment, Quota setting, performance review & termination process; including quarterly business review (QBR), BP performance tracking & review (CA, Revenue, SOW, other metrics), BP events

  • Execute, Initiate & drive 4P/ marketing campaign and channel/retail programs

  • Channel/retail capacity expansion, store & promoter productivity management

  • Any other assigned channels-related project or initiatives; such as PRM system enhancement project; Lenovo Connect

  • The role will be on a sales compensation plan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 10-12 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • In-depth understanding of Vn PC consumer business

  • Strong channel business / transaction management business experience

  • Strong business partner relationships

  • Executive presence, public relations / press management experience

  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
