Aon Corporation Business Development Executive (Broking), Finance Services and Professional Group (VN1004) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
To work with Sales Professional (SP) in dealing with market to have the best sales pitch for Finance Services and Profession Group (FSPG), to be responsible for providing satisfactory services to assigned customers in arranging policies and other relevant documents, answering queries and coordinating activities to ensure the quality of services and compliance with standard business procedures and provide other colleagues with advice within the professional area.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
To work with SPs to prepare sales materials for FSPG
Upon receipt of information and checklist completed by SPs, to prepare quotation slip, market tender, comparison and recommendation as per agreed timeline
Keep SPs updated with market feedbacks
Discuss with SPs on special terms conditions to meet prospects requirements
Join meeting with prospects, if requested, to explain terms conditions and reflect market feedback
Other tasks to be discussed with SPs and Executive Director.
During placement, to ensure compliance with Aon Brokers Guide
Responsible for handling and providing services to existing assigned accounts
Introductory telephone call, correspondence, letter and possible seminars, visits, entertainments with clients as needed basis throughout year
To prepare renewal documents, questionnaire, pre-renewal presentation, audit existing covers for renewal, collect quotations; prepare renewal confirmations to underwriters and renewal documents.
Participate in identifying types of insurance that should be targeted for penetration and assist in new business presentation
To respond to client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner and maintain close business relationship with the clients and the underwriters.
Assistance in resolution of claim
To cooperate with Accounting Department in following up premium settlement, bad debts from clients and to request refund of credit balance to client.
To follow the CSOM/ Best Practices/ Company’s guidelines, regulations.
To ensure compliance with Aon Brokers Guide in servicing clients if requested
To follow up with premium payment to comply with the company’s procedure
To drive new business if any
To build a strong relationship with insurers
To deeply understand about insurers’ guidelines and be updated about changes
Education :University degree
Experience :Min 2 years working experience, insurance experience will be a plus
Others:Fluent English communication and writing
Excellent IT skills, specially Excel, Word and Power Point
Strong interpersonal skill.
