Traveloka Operations Auditor/Business Analyst in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

*Overview *

Responsible for analyzing moderate to complex account activity utilizing various fraud tools to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring; researches and documents current procedures and processes that impact fraud. Researches, documents, and implements best practices in the industry regarding fraud prevention.

Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively assists in the oversight of a proactive Fraud Risk Management Program using data extraction, data analytics and management reporting;

  • Solid understanding of fraud risks, and risk management processes in order to identify and monitor fraud risks within the organization;

  • Oversees and performs investigations regarding actual and suspected fraud activities, providing oversight and appropriate resolution to customer operations;

  • Prepares and Analyzes internal and external fraud loss data reporting to monitor risk management activities associated with significant losses;

  • Risk assesses the effectiveness of antifraud programs and controls in place;

  • Collaborates with transaction team to comprehend, develop, perform Key Risk Indicators reporting and communicate audit progress and findings through Audit Report;

  • Maintains awareness of key process changes, system changes, and key outsourcing arrangements/vendor exposure and how they impact operational risk management;

  • Prepares monthly/quarterly management reports of all activities, including averted and sustained losses, and recovered monies;

  • Ensuring all operations personnel are working within the most efficient & effective way and ensure compliance with updated SOP;

  • Handling business process improvement and business continuity plan;

  • Propose tools and systems to improve operations' work process and giving recommendations to other team (product) related to potential issue which might occur, based on the previous test result, to avoid same problem occur on the next product release;

  • Perform duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned.

  • Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in assessment & analysis, planning & implementation, documentation, testing, communication, risk assessment/mitigation on complex projects;

  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical capabilities;

  • Ability to analyze complex situations and provide guidance, makes recommendations, and/or escalates arising issues timely;

  • Able to act as a leader to the project team, fostering collaboration;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
