Technical Service Support (3rd Party Services / Contract Services for DuPont) (Job Number: TEC00001418)
Perform and render technical services for DuPont, including:
a. Provide 1st Level Break and Fix, Preventive Maintenance, Basic Training and other service
b. Submit a detail service report within 3 working days upon completion of each task to the
assigned representative of DuPont.
c. Be present during schedule / unscheduled visits of Sales or Technical representative to
Customer site for validation and resolution of customer service equipment-related issues;
d. In consultation with the OEM / Suppliers, perform other tasks or functions as may
reasonably be required by DuPont;
- Mechanical with Electrical/Electronic knowledge (or vice versa) of machines and tools,
including repair, and maintenance.
- With Basic Experience in Performing routine maintenance on equipment as well good in
Basic operation and controls.
Understanding of Basic electrical schematics as well spare parts manual.
Understanding of Basic PC applications such as Words, Excels, as well emailing and
modern mobiles Applications such as Whatsapp / Messenger / WeChat for effective
- Basic Troubleshooting skills – Able to determine causes of operating errors (as well other
related equipment errors) and deciding what to do about it (with basic logic & reasoning).
Good time management and an Active learner.
Reliable, Responsible and Dependable.
Possess necessary Basic soft skills on effective communication and negotiation
Basic understanding and communicating in language particularly English (as well local
languages) and as well in written.
