About This Job:

The job holder will be responsible for the followings:

  • Bridge product development (Research & Development) to commercial phases by driving the market development activities which focus on product pre-commercial to early commercial stage and p roviding product technical value proposition, development of positioning & selling messages.

  • Explore and capture the business growth opportunities aligned with Commercial Unit and marketing strategy, focus on sales expansion activities prioritized on product use extension in new crops, new geographic area as well as regaining market.

  • Provide product technical and market technical insights as input to enable sales & marketing excellence and for product development Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Lead technical validation of value propositions for new or strategic product brands in line with product portfolio strategy set forth by Commercial Unit strategy or Territory. Translate technical data into technical story to support value proposition.

  • Drive and support new product lanuching.

  • Lead and collaborate with Sales & Marketing team in development and implementation of sales expansion activities in the new crops and/or new area at the early market development stage.

  • Provide market technical insights as well as key competitors’ products.

  • Collaborate and establish the relationships with key institutes and technical organizations for potential partnership in deliverying Commercial Unit and Free to operation strategy.

  • Develop and implement technical capability development programs for commercial teams in the Commercial Unit, in collaboration with Sales Capability Manager and Sales Heads.

  • University degree in Agriculture.

  • Have deep product knowledge and 3 years broad experience of Crop protection

  • Have commercial mindset or commercial experience

  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
